As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for mixing and serving drinks with consistency and care, passionately engaging with guests, and helping maintain a clean and efficient bar. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a solid understanding of cocktails, beer, and wine, and genuinely enjoy interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks accurately and efficiently. Deliver friendly, attentive service and build rapport with regulars and new guests alike. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including restocking and prep. Operate the POS system, manage tabs, and handle cash/card transactions. Support other team members and jump in where needed during busy shifts. Keep up to date with menu items, specials, and new drink offerings.

Requirements

1-2+ years of experience in a busy bar or restaurant setting. Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Positive attitude and professional appearance.
