is seeking an experienced

F&B Assistant

who will help the hotel to continue to deliver great service to our guests in the bar and restaurant area over the upcoming festive season.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant your responsibilities will include:

The service of food & beverage products in the bar and restaurant area.

To be able to understand and communicate effectively the menu and all products available to customers.

Deal with all payment transactions (Cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines.

To provide a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that all queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.

We are keen to hear from applicants with the following

Experience in a food & beverage position.

Great customer service skills.

The ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional approach.

The ability to work as part of a team.

Experience working with payments.

Experience of Micros would be an advantage.

Flexible to cover various shifts over the festive season including weekend party events.

About the Hotel

The Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen, is a beautifully maintained historic building situated in the heart of Aberdeen's West End and provides convenient access to surrounding areas. The hotel offers 87 bedrooms, all with modern amenities.

The Grain Store Bar offers a warm and friendly atmosphere with something for everyone from our delicious menu, lighter meals are available in the bar area. Our Aberdon Function Suite, with private bar is ideal for conferences, exhibitions, private events and weddings.
