Contract: Permanent-24HRS

Salary: Competitive

Hours of work: 24HRS

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers and take drink and food orders in a friendly and efficient manner.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.

Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.

Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.

Interact with customers, answer questions about menu items and make recommendations as needed.

Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as kitchen and dining room staff, to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Criteria

Previous experience as a Bar Food & Beverage Attendant in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment is necessary.

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Criteria

Background and experience in a busy hotel environment
