OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -

A naturally friendly manner with a calm, confident personality A passion for delivering exceptional service in a high-volume environment Proven experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star property, or high-end restaurant Strong people management skills and the ability to handle operational challenges Diploma-level qualification (or equivalent) is preferred
