Duties

Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen facilities. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with the catering team to support events and functions as required. Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests. Assist with barista duties, including preparing coffee and other beverages as needed. Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations within the food and beverage department.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience in catering or event service is advantageous. Strong communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Barista experience is a plus, along with any relevant qualifications in food preparation or hospitality. A proactive approach to teamwork and customer service is essential for success in this role.
