Following a multi-million-pound refurbishment, we are delighted to introduce The Welbeck Hotel, located in the heart of Marylebone. Previously Holiday Inn London Oxford Circus, The Welbeck Hotel offers an upscale boutique feel to all 164 bedrooms that matches the classic 19th century architecture. Truly memorable restaurant experiences don't just come from delicious dishes and exquisite ambiance but unforgettable experiences through a warm welcome, inspired recommendations and seamless service from starter to dessert. So, we're searching for Food and Beverage Team Member with exceptional skills, experience, and a double shot of enthusiasm to do just that

As a Welbecker you will play an integral role in ensuring each guest enjoys exceptional service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere by delivering Memorable Dining Experiences!

Your Key Responsibilities:

Taking the guests orders with a positive attitude, offer menu recommendations, and create a memorable experience with every interaction. Prepare and serve a variety of hot, cold, and speciality drinks, with care and precision for our guests by serving up high standards with our signature flare Efficiently process guest payments, ensuring accuracy and a smooth check-out process. Communicate effectively with the Hotel Team and Managers on Duty, assisting with any equipment, stock, or safety concerns. Take on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly.

What We Need From You:

A good grasp of the English Language. The ability to work under pressure and multi-task efficiently. Experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role is a plus. Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. A warm, approachable personality, with the ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service. A strong drive for excellence, with outstanding timekeeping and a proactive, eager attitude toward your work.
