We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant/Breakfast Service to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will assist in various areas, while adhering to food safety standards. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and responding to guest inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and bar areas. Support bartending duties by mixing drinks and serving beverages as required. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring all aspects of service meet guest expectations. Help train new staff members on service standards.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety practices. Bartending skills are advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is key. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
