The Food and Beverage Assistant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service within our establishment. This position involves assisting with the preparation and serving of food and beverages, ensuring a high standard of hospitality is maintained at all times. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, with experience in catering, serving, and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure quality and consistency. Serve food and drinks to guests in a friendly and efficient manner, adhering to service standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including dining spaces, kitchens, and storage areas. Support catering events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up as required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs or concerns. Uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout all tasks. Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and catering practices is beneficial. Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer interaction. Familiarity with food safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
