Job Summary: We are seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional service within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, bartending, and ensuring a high standard of food safety and customer satisfaction. Duties: - Assist in food preparation and presentation in accordance with set recipes and standards. - Support bartending activities by preparing drinks and maintaining a clean bar area. - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. - Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries. - Assist in catering events, including setup, serving, and cleanup as required. Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant or catering industry is advantageous. - Knowledge of hospitality practices and procedures. - Proficiency in food handling, preparation, and service. - Familiarity with bartending techniques and beverage service. - Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
