Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests and taking their orders promptly. Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring that all items are presented attractively. Support catering events by setting up dining areas and serving guests as required. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards. Experience in catering or barista roles would be advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues. A proactive attitude towards teamwork and a willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
