Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our guests in a dynamic hospitality environment. Previous restaurant or bar experience is advantageous but not essential, along with a strong understanding of food safety standards. Responsibilities

Serve food and beverages to customers in a courteous and efficient manner Take customer orders accurately and handle transactions professionally Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing tables Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and courteously Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards Experience in food preparation or working in a restaurant environment is advantageous Bar experience is a plus but not essential organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work well within a team and independently when needed Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings as required

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
