We have an exciting new vacancy for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at The Britannia Hotel EdinburgH. Our 223-room hotel is ideally located in the West End and is within easy reach of the city's major attractions and just a short walk from Haymarket train station

Your duties will include:
Preparing the bar and restaurant areas ready for service. Be familiar with our menus enabling you to confidently upsell. Working across various areas in the hotel such as the restaurant, bar and events. Ensuring that adequate glassware, crockery, and other items are ready for each shift. As well as serving food and drinks you will be involved in the clearing up and cleaning too, keeping all areas in top condition. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This position requires a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
