We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen interest in food and beverage operations, including bartending, catering, and food preparation.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and responding to guest inquiries promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and kitchen spaces. Support bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages responsibly. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery during busy periods. Assist with catering events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up after events as required.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Bartending skills or willingness to learn the art of mixology. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude towards helping others. Basic food preparation skills are an advantage.
