Food & Beverage Assistant

In this role, you'll help create memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing attentive service, supporting food and drink operations, and contributing to the warm, welcoming atmosphere our hotel is known for. Responsibilities

Serve food and beverages to our guests efficiently, courteously, and with a personal touch Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring every dish reflects our high standards Take orders accurately and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, service counters, and stations Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations Support hotel events and catering, including setting up and clearing tables or buffet stations Deliver excellent customer service, promptly addressing guest requests and needs Handle cash transactions or assist with billing when required Restock supplies and ensure equipment is clean, functioning, and ready for service

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles preferred Familiarity with food safety procedures and standards Experience in food preparation, restaurant, or barista environments is advantageous Strong communication skills and a naturally friendly, approachable manner Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Excellent organisation skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A professional attitude and genuine dedication to providing outstanding guest service
