THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE:

Take guests' orders and serve meals and drinks*
Make recommendations, taking opportunities to upsell where possible*
Assist in clearing and maintaining a clean bar, restaurant and function rooms*
Take responsibility for a quick and efficient service, exceeding guests' expectations*
Control the flow and liaise with the kitchen to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests*
Occasionally you may have the opportunity to join our Backstage and Beer Garden teams, serving up drinks at various music gigs*

This role is flexible over 7 days including weekends and we are happy to discuss your needs for various shifts during the interview process.
