We are seeking a friendly and professional Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality. Assist with food preparation tasks as required, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area. Support bar operations, including serving drinks, handling orders, and maintaining stock levels. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Take orders accurately and handle transactions using the POS system. Provide excellent customer service by attending to guest needs promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Assist in setting up event catering or special functions as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures. Barista experience or working knowledge of bar operations is a plus. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour. Ability to work well within a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. A genuine interest in food, beverages, and delivering outstanding customer service.
