The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Runner (F&B Assistant) to join our dynamic team. The Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth service operations by assisting the front-of-house staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences. If you are passionate about the hospitality industry, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Support the waitstaff by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests.

Ensure the dining area is clean and organized at all times, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.

Assist in the preparation and setup of the dining area before service, including table settings, condiments, and other necessary items.

Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Anticipate guests' needs and provide assistance when necessary to enhance their dining experience.

Uphold Casa Cruz's standards of service excellence and professionalism at all times.

Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring food safety and cleanliness in all aspects of service.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred, but not mandatory.

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Passion for food and beverage, with a desire to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
