Food and Beverage Assistant

Job Overview

The Food & Beverage Assistant plays an important role in delivering a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality dining experience for guests at Hampton by Hilton. The role focuses primarily on Breakfast service, bar service, and supporting the overall food and beverage operation while consistently meeting Hilton brand standards. The successful candidate will be driven and have a passion for hospitality.

What will I be doing?

As Food and Beverage Assistant, you will:

Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests

Assist with the preparation, set-up, and smooth running of Breakfast service

Replenish food and beverage items and maintain presentation standards

Support bar and evening food service (if applicable)

Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are followed

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining, service, and back-of-house areas

Handle guest enquiries and requests promptly and courteously

Work collaboratively with the wider hotel team to ensure a seamless guest experience

Follow Hilton brand standards, policies, and procedures at all times

Experience within the hotel or hospitality industry. Resilient, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Impeccable grooming and professional presentation. Flexibility to support the operation across various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
