At The Wainstones Hotel in Great Broughton, we are looking for a skilled and dynamic Operations Manager to lead the team at our Bar, Restaurant and Hotel.
From the first cup of coffee on Monday morning to the last drink on Sunday night, the F&B manager needs to have the following attributes:

Key Responsibilities of the role:
To set and maintain the highest quality levels of products and services in all F&B areas and Housekeeping
Planning and implementing longer term strategies to enhance further business potential and continuous improvement for the F&B areas.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day running of all F&B areas.
Building a great relationship with the head chef and kitchen team to deliver high quality food consistently.
Be a visible presence during peak times and support staff through training
Creating a process that ensures guest satisfaction is consistently delivered
Be a visible presence in peak service and support teams (through training) in delivering high quality customer service.
Managing Stock Control
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
Work in conjunction with the General Manager of the business to provide back up cover
Flexibility to run the business close 2/3 nights per week including Sunday close
Skills:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and other departments
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer software applications related to inventory management and menu planning
Experience:
Restaurant management: 1 year (required)
