We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting in various food and beverage operations, ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

Assist with catering services, including setting up and breaking down events. Provide excellent service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Support food preparation activities, including assembling dishes and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and adherence to quality standards. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to effectively assist guests. Uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout all food handling processes. Assist in barista duties, preparing coffee and other beverages as required. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Barista experience is a plus for those interested in beverage service but not essential as full training will be provided. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
