Food & Beverage Assistant - Ruthin Castle Hotel & Spa

Overview:

To prepare the restaurant for service and serve customers in accordance with the Hotel standards, maintaining good customer relations at all times.

Duties:

To assist in the general tidiness and cleanliness of the restaurant, equipment and furniture. To set tables to the required layout To control linen stocks for service To ensure stations are ready for service. To greet customers and advise them on the menu and dishes as required, ensuring any up to date allergen information. To take and serve food orders (and drink orders, if required), adhering to Company's procedures. To handle and report all complaints, comments and compliments. To clean and reset tables. To wear the uniform provided. To maintain the highest level of personal hygiene at all times.

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
