Hardwick Hall Hotel are recruiting for Food and Beverage Assistants to come and join our team.

Set in 120 acres of parkland, Hardwick Hall Hotel lies in the heart of the beautiful County Durham countryside. Surrounded by the stunning Hardwick Country Park, our hotel is steeped in charm and character providing the perfect setting for a luxurious break.

Food plays a significant part at Hardwick Hall, from an exclusive dining experience in our rib room steakhouse and grill, afternoon teas served in our stunning lounge, to 'the most important meal of the day' (breakfast), our aim is to ensure that we delight every guest, every single time.

As the successful Food and Beverage Assistant you will be responsible for greeting and seating customers, taking orders for food and drink, serving food and beverages, cleaning and resetting tables and general duties such as stocking, sanitising, sweeping floors, etc.

We are looking for someone who is happy to work in a fast-paced environment, with previous experience of working in a similar role. You will need excellent time management and communication skills, be able to demonstrate high standards of cleanliness and work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

But most importantly you will have a passion for customer service and enjoy providing a memorable experience so our guests come back time and time again.
