Main duties of the job
As a Food and Beverage Team Member, your responsibilities will include supporting residents with choosing their meal options, ensuring dining tables are set properly, keeping the front of house clean and well-presented, and replenishing fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, and other refreshments throughout the day. You'll need to be aware of residents' dietary requirements and demonstrate compassion and commitment to delivering high-quality culinary services.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals.
Other responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining.
• Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
• Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well-presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
• Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas are replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
• Being aware of residents dietary requirements.
