We are seeking a skilled

Food & Beverage Assistant

to join our team. This position offers a Zero-hour contract and will be based at Lea Marston Hotel in Sutton Coldfield.

, you are responsible to you are responsible for assisting with the guests' journey and experience in your allocated working area to ensure the guests receive efficient and high-quality service. We want a

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

To have a good knowledge of the preparation and service of all dishes and products on the menus.

To ensure all guests are served in accordance with the service standards.

Take ownership of opportunities to WOW guests.

To ensure tables are set and cleared to the agreed standard.

To maintain a good knowledge of food allergens.

To have great attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness.

To be fully aware of and always adhere to health and safety standards.

To always look presentable and well-groomed.

To have a 'Yes I Can' attitude and always work as a team.
