Summary

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team at SEAMILL HOUSE in the heart of our luxury boutique hotel. This role is vital in delivering outstanding service and ensuring our guests enjoy a delightful dining experience that aligns with our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery. Uphold food safety standards and hygiene practices at all times. Support barista duties, preparing coffee and specialty drinks as needed. Assist in catering events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Engage with guests to enhance their overall experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a food and beverage role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience in catering or restaurant settings is advantageous.
