The Copthorne Hotel Slough - Windsor is seeking an experienced

Food & Beverage Assistant

who will be responsible for assisting in providing efficient, friendly and quality service.

As Food & Beverage Assistant your key responsibilities include:

To ensure that tables are appropriately cleared and re-set according to M&C standards. Deal with complaints and ensure guest's wishes are met. Basic knowledge of food and beverage items served for dinner service and upsell where appropriate. To perform all duties related to restaurant opening/closing shifts Take responsibility for ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restaurant area. Ensuring that the mise en place is sufficient and to the required standard

As Food & Beverage Assistant the essential skills required:

Previous F&B and hosting experience in hotel or restaurant advantageous Excellent communication skill and organization skills Positive, can-do attitude Attention to detail Great team player
