West Herts Golf Club is a vibrant and thriving Members club near Watford. We are currently seeking an outgoing enthusiastic individual to operate the food and beverage buggy out on the golf course.
Responsible to:
Food & Beverage ManagerResponsible for:
Ensuring members and visitors are provided with a highest level of customer service and experience from the food and beverage buggy offering on the golf course.Main Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a professional and welcoming approach at all times when dealing with members, guests & visitors Ensure you demonstrate first rate customer service skills and excellent communication skills Prepare food & beverage buggy for operation, on time and ready for customers Serve member and visitors requests with the exchange of bills and money Have a good knowledge of the snacks and beverages on offer from the food & beverage buggy Deal effectively with customer inquiries ensure that stock is regularly rotated and replenished to meet customer requirements follow cash handling procedures
Rate of Pay:
?A competitive hourly rate will be paid relevant to the experience levels of the candidateJob Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
