Are you looking for a fun and rewarding seasonal role in a truly unique setting? Warwick Castle is now recruiting enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team for our exciting Halloween and Christmas events.

This is a fanastic opportunity to be part of iconic experiences such as The Haunted Castle, Caatle After Dark, and Christmas at the Castle - featuring an open air ice rink, magical Christmas light trail, and the festive Winter Food Market.

The Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant , you'll play a vital role in delivering a memorable guest experience. You'll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about providing exceptional service to our visitors.

Key responsibilities include:
Serving food and drinks at various outlets across the site Engaging with guests to deliver outstanding customer service Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety standards Supporting your team in a professional and positive manner


These full-time and part-time roles are available on a fixed term contract until January 2026.

Pay Rates

Ages 16-17: 8.60/hour Ages 18-20: 10.00/hour Ages 21+: 12.21/hour
