Are you a passionate Food & Beverage professional ready to lead at one of Cornwall's five star holiday parks?

We are a five star, family run and owned holiday park in Bude, Cornwall, offering luxury holiday homes and lodges for hire and excellent facilities for touring and camping.

We are seeking a

dynamic, experienced, and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager

to oversee the full F&B operation at our stunning 5-star holiday park on the Cornish coast. With multiple dining outlets, including a high-quality food offering, multiple bars and a coffee lounge, your leadership will be key in delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing all aspects of the food and beverage operation across the park Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team Ensuring exceptional service standards in line with 5-star expectations Driving sales and profitability through effective stock control, staffing, and customer experience Working closely with the Head Chef and senior leadership team to maintain consistency and quality Overseeing events, functions, and seasonal promotions Maintaining compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a food and beverage leadership role, ideally within a hotel, resort, or holiday park A natural leader with strong people management and customer service skills Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Strong commercial awareness and understanding of F&B KPIs Flexible and adaptable - happy to work evenings, weekends, and peak season shifts A hands-on approach - willing to lead from the front and inspire your team

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
