A Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the daily management of the Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring that the highest standards of Food and Beverage service are provided to the guests.
In Crowne Plaza Leeds this is mainly focused around our Restaurant and Bar space "Tap". Refurbished in 2024 Tap is not your normal hotel restaurant. With a wide range of craft beers and wine on tap (see what we did there) as well as some select cocktails the bar is perfect for pre-dinner drinks, sundowners on the terrace or a tipple post office. The restaurant space is sophisticated with a relaxed atmosphere offering a menu that stands shoulder to shoulder with any other eaterie in the city.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
