A day in the life of\xe2\x80\xa6

As Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for Managing all aspects of the Restaurant team, as well as overseeing any events within the hotel. You will maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a working environment that supports our values.

Based in the Holiday Inn Express London ExCel, you will be part of a small (but mighty!) team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn\'t always mean working around the clock.

What do we need from you?
  • Previous experience as Supervisor ,Duty Manager , Food & Beverage Manager at Hotels.
  • Experience using Microsy,Sympony is a huge advantage
  • Is effective at handling staff issues
  • Good understanding of Food Safety and Heatly and Safety management
  • Has an effective working relationship with staff and managers
  • Manages conflict effectively
  • Actively seeks opportunities to train and develop staff
  • Actively demonstrates the use of corrective coaching
  • Demonstrates a commitment to training and effectively uses the role of Training Co-ordinator to plan and record training.
  • Evaluates training to maximise the impact on the department and hotel
  • Develops positive working relationships at all levels
  • Effectively delegates to get things done and empowers their team
  • Motivates and inspires the team to perform
