We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. Responsibilities
Manage daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff, providing guidance and support to foster a cohesive team environment
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards across all areas
Coordinate menu planning, stock control, and inventory management
Monitor customer satisfaction levels, addressing any issues promptly to uphold service excellence
Organise staff rotas, training sessions, and performance appraisals to optimise team productivity
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of quality ingredients and supplies
Implement health and safety policies in accordance with legal requirements
Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences to guests
Experience
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality setting
Extensive restaurant experience with strong culinary knowledge and skills in food preparation and cooking
Demonstrable team management capabilities with leadership qualities that motivate staff
Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production environments
Experience in hospitality roles such as serving or barista work is advantageous
Knowledge of kitchen operations, food presentation, and customer service excellence is essential
Previous experience in hotel or bar settings will be considered a plus
