Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our food production and catering operations. Ensuring the highest standards of service and quality throughout the year.

This role will be reportable to the GM and Directors to ensure best practice across the board and to implement new and exciting processes and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing production, catering, scheduling, compliancy, hospitality and team management, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

This role involves supervising staff across multiple locations, managing food production, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring quality and efficiency. Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high culinary standards. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices. Develop menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Address customer feedback promptly to maintain satisfaction levels.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a hospitality environment. Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership. Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Culinary experience that demonstrates creativity and attention to detail. Background in hospitality that enhances guest interactions. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
