We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our culinary and service teams. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Duties
Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving activities.
Manage team members, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure high performance and morale.
Oversee food safety compliance, ensuring all health regulations are adhered to across the kitchen and service areas.
Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, maintaining quality standards and innovative offerings.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control efficiently.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and oversee daily operational workflows.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with hygiene standards.
Collaborate with other departments such as hotel management or event planning to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, ideally within a similar setting such as hotels or specialised dining establishments.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, food safety practices, and kitchen operations.
Demonstrable supervising experience with team management skills to motivate and develop staff members.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Knowledge of food production processes, culinary techniques, and hospitality industry standards.
Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous but not essential.
Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
