HOURS: Full-time position available. Working week based on 5 days out of 7. The Restaurant and Bar are open 7 days a week serving breakfast/lunch/dinner and private functions.

About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Manager to help run the day to day food & beverage operations at The Rabbit. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is seeking to progress in their career and join the management team at Galgorm Collection.
This is a high volume, fast-paced restaurant and bar. We are seeking to recruit a Food and Beverage Manager to work within and help lead a team of around 30+ front-of-house staff. Your main duty will involve assisting the Operations Manager on a day-to-day basis ensuring all Food & Beverage visitors receive the best quality of service. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations for all Food & Beverage departments across the hotel, providing guidance and direction for F&B HOD's
• Develop strategies to ensure all departments achieve revenue budgets and manage costs effectively to maximise profits
• Build strong working relationships with the Executive Head Chef and kitchen team and collaborate closely to drive sales and continually improve standards
• Work alongside General Manager to create F&B budgets for the hotel
• Ensure that all F&B team members are fully trained and are delivering service expected of The Galgorm Collection, including up to date Flow modules
• Ensure that all F&B departments are ran efficiently and have adequate staffing levels
• Complete recruitment for front of house F&B team members
• Demonstrate effective communication skills with staff and managers at all levels to ensure all departments are working together across the hotel to provide a consistent offering & level of service for the guest.
• Oversee stock control within F&B departments
• Address any customer complaints directly and creating solutions to overcome any issues
• Complete Objective Setting for F&B HOD's
• Consistently provide a friendly and efficient service and demonstrate a strong focus on the customer and on the quality of service.
• Monitor and observe team members ensuring all Company and Statutory fire, Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations are followed.

The Person:
Applicant must:

• Have a passion for hospitality, great food and great service.
• Have at least 2-3 years of management experience within the Hotel Industry.
• Have at least 2 years of bar experience.
• Have experience working in a high pace, busy restaurant.
• Be able to demonstrate an ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.
• You must be performance-driven with a focus on implementing a culture of excellent customer service.
• Have good organisational skills, be able to work well while under pressure, and show initiative whilst multi-tasking.
• Have a flexible approach to working shift patterns including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
• Have exemplary attention to detail.
• Have a sense of pride in the delivery of high standards of presentation and the Galgorm Collection brand.
