Appetite4Work are working with a thriving, community-focused football club in West Sussex to recruit a Food & Beverage Manager to lead and grow its hospitality operations.
The venue welcomes thousands of guests each season - from matchday fans and sponsors to event guests and community groups - and is looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to oversee food & beverage delivery, commercial success, and customer experience across the board.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all matchday and non-matchday food & beverage operations
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff and volunteers
• Manage suppliers, stock, logistics, and compliance (H&S, licensing, hygiene)
• Deliver excellent service standards and implement training procedures
• Track budgets, drive profitability, and implement commercial initiatives
• Act as DPS and personal licence holder for the premises
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to support wider venue goals

Requirements

• Proven background in venue, stadium, or events F&B management
• Strong team leadership and people development skills
• Solid understanding of commercial operations and supplier management
• Organised, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for hospitality, football, and community-driven venues
