Job Description

The Westbury Hotel, renowned for its luxurious accommodations and exceptional dining experiences, features four world-class restaurants. We are seeking a dedicated F&B Reservations Agent to join our team.
Handle reservations requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
Provide information about dining options and assist guests in selecting venues.
Confirm and manage reservations accurately.
Liaise with restaurant managers and staff.
Coordinate special requests and dietary requirements.
Maintain and update the reservation system.
Monitor reservation trends and provide reports.
Customer Service:
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
Ensure guests feel welcomed and valued.
Our Restaurants:
The Gallery: Contemporary European cuisine.
The Sidecar: Classic menu with signature cocktails.
Wilde: Celebrates Irish produce with seasonal specialties.
Balfes: Chic brasserie with New York and Parisian influences.
Previous experience preferred but not necessary. Strong F&B background.
Excellent communication, proficiency with reservation software, multitasking.
Attention to detail, positive attitude, team-oriented, flexible schedule.
