Requirements
Halal Awareness & Integrity
- Strong understanding of halal principles and Islamic dietary laws. Commitment to ensuring all food handling aligns with halal standards
Food Safety & Hygiene Compliance
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices (e.g. cross-contamination prevention, temperature control, allergen awareness). Adherence to hygiene protocols including handwashing, clean uniform, and safe handling of utensils and ingredients
High-Volume Restaurant Experience -
Minimum 1-2 years in a busy, fast-paced restaurant setting. Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining fine dining standards
Professionalism & Presentation
- Polished appearance, punctuality, and respectful communication. Calm and composed demeanor during peak hours and guest interactions
Passion & Enthusiasm for Hospitality
- Genuine love for serving others and creating memorable dining experiences. Energetic, proactive, and attentive to guest needs

- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Capable of standing and moving for extended periods during busy shifts
