Your Role: Front of House Team Member / Supervisor

You're the face and heartbeat of our restaurant & bar, ensuring every guest feels celebrated from the moment they step through our doors.

What You'll Do

Warm Welcomes

: Greet each guest with genuine warmth--learn names, chat local landmarks, create instant rapport.

Seamless Service

: Take orders with flair and accuracy, upsell signature dishes and wine pairings, then deliver with a smile.

Spotless Environment

: Keep our dining spaces immaculate--tables set to perfection, linen pristine, ambiance on point.

Kitchen Collaboration

: Liaise with chefs to guarantee timely, picture-perfect plates that delight both palate and eyes.

Guest Expertise

: Advise on menu highlights, dietary requirements and special celebrations--be their guide to an exceptional experience.

Efficient Billing

: Handle transactions swiftly and accurately, using your confidence with numbers to keep things flowing.
What We're Looking For

A passion for hospitality with at least 6 months' experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar. A naturally friendly demeanor and superb communication skills. Strong time-management in busy environments--you thrive under pressure. Eagerness to learn wine lists, menu details and spa offerings. A collaborative spirit who loves teamwork and continuous improvement.
