The Malone Hotel have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated

Food and Beverage Supervisor

to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual looking to take the next step in their career in hospitality! The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach, taking leadership in the Food and Beverage team to deliver high-quality service across a busy hotel operation.

About The Role



Key Responsibilities:



Manage the bar, restaurant and events spaces, overseeing day-to-day operations. Always ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer service. Assist with the design of exceptional menus, purchase goods and contribute ideas to make necessary improvements in the department. Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all their concerns. Develop the food and beverage teams by attracting, training and appraising. Ensure two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork. Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Essential Criteria:



Similar experience within a similar Food and Beverage role in a high-paced environment. Awareness of all the major food allergens, knowing the menu and suggesting appropriate dishes to satisfy all guests. Sound knowledge of the hospitality industry and competitors within N. Ireland. Proven track record of the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional service delivery.

Working Conditions:



This position will require working evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role involves frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting.

Required Criteria



Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A positive and friendly attitude. Previous experience in a similar role. A good level of written and spoken English. Right to work and live in the UK.

Desired Criteria




Previous experience in a boutique Hotel.
