Our Opportunity


We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our friendly team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for leading shifts, supervising the front-of-house team, and supporting the Food & Beverage Management in the day-to-day running of the department -- including our Bar, Lounge, Garden, and Restaurant.


What you'll be doing:

Leading and motivating the team during service to ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience Assisting with training, development, and daily briefings for the F&B team Ensuring standards are consistently maintained across all service areas Supporting management with stock control, and health & safety procedures Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a food and beverage environment A genuine passion for food, drink, and hospitality Strong communication and leadership skills The ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
