- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase profitability
- Coordinate with owner to source high-quality beverages
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role within the pub industry
- Proficiency in bartending
- Supervisory skills
- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Motivate and inspire staff members
