As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, reporting directly to the Operations Manager & Duty Manager you are responsible for a Food and Beverage Staff who can deliver high standards of service and excellent customer service in our restaurant and bar. If you have supervisory experience in a high-volume service environment and can inspire a team, we may have the role for you.

As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising the restaurant and bar operations and delivering an excellent guest experience. You will also need to manage and assist with training and developing your team members within budgets. Your main areas of responsibility will be:

Assisting the Operations Manager in the overall responsibility for operations in the Restaurant and Bar

Key Tasks will involve:

Exceptional levels of customer service

Monitoring guest service levels and engagement in the dining room to ensure each guest has a positive memorable experience.

Assisting with training and development of the team

Dealing with guest queries

Drive sales to maximise revenue

A Food and Beverage Supervisor working for Castlewood Hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

Supervisory Food and Beverage experience Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage service standards that equate to 3 stars. Knowledge of 4-star service standards is desirable but not a must. Ability to work under pressure Excellent grooming standards Willingness to develop team members and self Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations Ability to work on your own or in teams Minimum experience of 1 year in Food and Beverage department.
Salary: 12.71 per hour
