The F&B Supervisor position is contracted to 40 hours per week.

What You'll Do - Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations across our restaurant and bar Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service Train and develop new and existing staff Manage shift handovers and daily reports Ensure safety, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met Cover Person on Duty shifts as required
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a hands-on, proactive leader with experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, food service, or tourism.
You'll thrive if you're:
Passionate about delivering outstanding service A strong communicator and motivator Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills Knowledgeable in drinks service (cocktails, spirits, wines) A holder of a Personal license (desirable)
