Duties
Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Manage and train staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for exceptional service.
Skills
Strong supervising experience with a focus on team management.
Background in restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable.
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Experience in serving customers within a hospitality setting.
