Your Role as Restaurant Supervisor
As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will:
Oversee service across both restaurants, ensuring the highest standards of guest experience
Lead shifts and support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations
Maintain a professional, hands-on presence during service, particularly on key nights and weekends
Mentor and guide the team, setting the tone for excellence in both service and presentation
Step into a duty manager role when needed, supporting events and other F&B operations
What We're Looking For
Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is essential
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to outstanding customer service
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
Immaculate personal presentation and excellent communication skills
Experience in events or private dining supervision is a strong advantage
