The Successful candidate must be flexible to work day shifts/evenings/weekends.
All applicants must have at least two years recent relevant experience in a bar/restaurant/hotel environment , and they must have at least one years experience of a supervisory position in a customer service role.
Applicants Must be a good team member, outgoing, confident and friendly.
Capable of overseeing the running of the hotels food/beverage /accommodation/functions in the absence of management.
Approx. up to 40 hours per week
