What you will be doing?

Supervise front-of-house operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service flow. Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and promptly. Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning to ensure adequate coverage. Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are consistently met. Support inventory control and assist in stock ordering and receiving. Communicate effectively with the kitchen, management, and team to ensure cohesion. Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all guest areas. Carry out opening and closing duties, including cashing up and end-of-day reporting.

Requirements

Previous experience at a high pace restaurant environment Available full time, flexible to do morning, day and evening shifts Ability to provide guests with the up to date information and advice on food as well as beverage Knowledge of food and table preparation techniques Ability to demonstrate ownership and communicate effectively with team members Good level of English and communication skills. (Other languages are always desirable!)
