Overview
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team in overseeing the culinary operations of our Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant/ Banqueting ,hospitality industry, with expertise in food production, management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of food and beverage service, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to meet budget targets
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and drive revenue growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within the culinary field of Hospitality & Must-have 3 years or more experience in this field
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
- Qualifications in hospitality management or culinary arts are desirable but not essential
