Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Lead and motivate kitchen and service staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Assist in the preparation of food items, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
Train new staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with management to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and dining areas at all times.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.
Strong knowledge of food production processes and bartending skills.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
